NOSTALGIA.EXE — SETUP GUIDE (delete this page before you launch)
1. MAKE IT YOURS — Start menu name + avatar: select the OS Shell layout template, edit the User Name and Avatar variables. Boot screen name: select the Boot Screen component on the OS Shell and change User Name in the properties panel.
2. YOUR WORK — everything lives in the Projects CMS collection: title, thumbnail, cover, description, tags, year, client, type (Image or Video), video URL, two gallery images, and an Archived toggle. Archived projects appear in the Recycle Bin.
3. MUSIC + TV — open /music and /tv, select the embed, paste any YouTube or Spotify link. The mini player audio file and track title are properties on the Nostalgia Player component.
4. WALLPAPER — select the OS Shell layout template background and swap the image. Any wide landscape photo works; the icons and taskbar adapt.
5. EASTER EGGS — Minesweeper lives at /game (linked from the Recycle Bin and Start menu). The screensaver idle time and the Disky assistant tips are properties on their components in the OS Shell. All can be disabled.
6. MOBILE — the desktop compacts automatically on small screens. For full control, add Tablet and Phone breakpoints to pages in the Framer editor (select a page frame, click + at the breakpoint bar).
7. BEFORE LAUNCH — replace demo copy in AboutMe.txt and Contact, set your own og-image in page settings if you prefer, then DELETE THIS PAGE. Have fun. — Carmy
